First off, let me say that I am not ussually one to make endorsements, nor do I have any relationship with anyone producing or selling r-ala. Also, I have never tried any other ala products, so this is not a comparison thread. The product I purchased was from the AF store.
That said, I was very skeptical about this product, as I am with all supplements. However, I figured I would give it a trial run to see if I noticed anything.
I am 200 lbs/7% bf at 5"11. I have been taking 6-800 mgs/ day with meals. Overall carb intake apprx. 250-300g. Caloric intake slightly below maintenance ~3000Kcal. Protein 300-350g.
My workouts have been ON. I ussually exibit ~20% less endurence and strength with the above food intake. After 1 wk of r-ala my strength and endurance are both up. Pumps are great. Muscle hardness is noticably greater.
The real clincher for me though is how I feel outside the gym. At rest I still feel noticably more tight and hard.
No, I am not currently on any AAS. No, I would not compare any of my above statements on muscle pumps or hardness to Fina or dbol
That is all. Have a nice day.
