Have you considered the possibility that your anexiety attack was a phenomenon in and of itself, not directly related to the gear?
If you are asking weather the elevated blood pressure brought on by front-loading could have lead to the sudden panic attack, I would venture to guess NO--not that quickly. If you are asking weather it is possible that you have taken issue on some level with the notion of your drug use (i.e. fears of sides and/or complications)--then yes, it is VERY possible.
I can't speak of your experience with AS in the past, but many users, who are venturing down this road for the first time,or who are experimenting with a new cycle (i.e. front-loading) can experience some amount of trepidation over the newness of their anticipated program. This is not abnormal--unless we are talking about a near-debilitating panic attack where you are hindered from performing even the simplest of tasks because of the latent anxiety. If it is just a general feeling of nervousness, then there is little reason for concern.
Additionally, you elluded to the fact that you have experienced anxiety attacks in the past...to what degree (severity)? What events brought on your earlier episodes, etc.?
I would look to psychological causation in this case before I would blame the gear. But keep an eye out for additional symptoms or episodes of anxiety (its better to be safe than sorry).
