I need to vent! Monday fist day back in 2 weeks, supposed to start a small cycle,errrrrrr, source doesn't com through. O well i start tommorow. errrrrrrr, Starting the MAX-OT training program. Leg day its all good. Bar has 2 45lbs plates on squat rack. lowering it to do stiff leg deadlifts. SNAP!!!!! my wrist cracks. WOW that felt weird, o well gotta finish working out. 6 hours later pain increadable pain, hard to type. LOng story short, off another week. Wait to start MAX-OT and new cycle. I hate mondays!
