Vertical Leg Press- Does Anyone Use It???

Guys, do any of you use or own a Vertical Leg Press? Is it any good for Leg Development compared to a 45 Degree Angle Leg Press? I was thinking of buying one for the house. I haven't used one in years. Any experience with it??

really bad for the back, if you're going to splash out on a leg press imo get a 45 degree sled (or better still a cybex or hammer one!)

Guys, I don't have funds like that to shell out $1500+ for a 45 degree Leg Press. I also don't have the room. The majority of the ones I've seen run $400-$500.

don't get the vertical legpress, its really bad for your hips, and lower back. You want massive leg development squats and lunges are your best bet.

Wow! I guess that's why you don't see them in ANY of the gyms anymore. I didn't know they were hard on your lower back & hips. My workout will revolve around Squats, Front Squats, DB Lunges, and SL Deadlifts because I work out at home(No Leg Curls Machines-LOL!). I just thought it would be a good idea to change up. Oh well, I'll stick with the basics.
