Hey guys I am kind of sick of my old diet. I eat tons of protein and good carbs; rice, potato, etc. But I don't think I eat enough veggies and fruit with it. Can you guys suggest some ideas or meals that you eat. I just need to change it up. It's not like i don't eat veggies, its just that I need a change. Thanks in advance. 5'4" 200lbs six pack. By the way I used to compete a lot, so I do know how to have proper diet, so no flaming. Thanks.
