Veggie problem.

Hey guys I am kind of sick of my old diet. I eat tons of protein and good carbs; rice, potato, etc. But I don't think I eat enough veggies and fruit with it. Can you guys suggest some ideas or meals that you eat. I just need to change it up. It's not like i don't eat veggies, its just that I need a change. Thanks in advance. 5'4" 200lbs six pack. By the way I used to compete a lot, so I do know how to have proper diet, so no flaming. Thanks.
 
check out juice plus - gives you all the fruits and veggies you need... thats if you dont want them in solid form...
 
Drink some low-sodium V-8.

I know it's not quite the same but it's better than nothing and if it's cold it tastes pretty good too.

Also you can mix some peas and carrots in with your rice with maybe a little fat-free butter spray and garlic power/salt.
 
steam in the bag veggies by "birdseye" these are flash frozen ( fresh ) veggies. pop um in the microwave and 5 minutes later...... no sodium no preservatives.

as for fruit- cut up an apple and put it in your oats or other whole grain cereal.
add some apples, grapes,strawberries to your cottage cheese.
in other words, incorporate fruit into your existing regimen.

ghost, trained legs today.

lunges ( drops) 70- 65 -60 lb dumbbells concentrations to failure x 3

leg extensions the stack to failure x 2

leg curls ( rest pause type training) x 4 or 5 dont remember weight...i was dizzy and sick.

I did a bad ass chest workout today
Hit it super heavy DB PRESS
Then i hit Incline bench Strip Sets w/ few forced reps
Hit decline bench
Hit incline chest machine 21's
decline flys - the ones that you meet both weights by your stomach kinda looks like jumpin jack

hit negatives bigtime on smith machine flat bench
peck deck flys supersetted with pushups
fewo thers cant remember im tired fuck
