I would run at least 500mg/week and run the winny weeks 6-12 b/c of the short half life, and the long life of sust. You probably won't see gains for 3-4 weeks
I think the cycle looks good bro, keep you protein high, carbs low(only get in good carbs), try to get 90% of you fat from EFAs(Flaxseed oil, all nat. PB, etc) and depending on how much fat you have now you should see some good results. Good Luck bro..
Its not about eating all you want. It depends you goals. If you want to put on mass you will have to sacrifice BF%. If you want to cut up then you will need a different diet so you can lose fat and preserve the existing muscle.
