So here is my story. I started supplementing with tribulus terrestris. After a few days I got a "monster" libido. Probably the best I ever had. So of course I couldn't let that go to "waste". So I started having a lot of sex and getting a lot of lap dance in the strip club. Anyway why I was getting a lap dance in the strip club I all of sudden felt a twisting in my penis, there was no pain mind you. Then in a matter of seconds my penis went from very erect to very soft. In was like someone stuck a pin in a balloon and deflated it.
So naturally I go to a doctor after a few days because I'm unable to achieve an erection again. That's when he tells me I had an varicocele. And i'm 100% certain it happened on the lap dance when I felt that twisting in my penis. I know this because I recently had tests on my scrotum and they was no varicocele there. Plus now my nuts hang like a bag of worms which it didn't do before.
I had my testosterone checked, it came back in normal range. However something I noticed right away is that my lh and fsh both come back twice at around 4 which although is well within range I've never had it come back less than 7 before and I get it checked a lot too.
Any ideas about what I might have broke in my penis or what happened?
