i am on my first cycle using var (generic oxandrin) only at 20mg/day. after 2 1/2 weeks i have not seen any weight gains yet but i have DEFINITELY seen strength gains.
i am a newbie but it seems logical that being able to lift more weight, combined with lots of protein, will result in quality muscle gains. oddly i feel my shirts and pants fitting more tightly and NOT around the waistline. maybe even a little looser around the waistline.
from everything i have read var does not result in instant weight gains. after 30 days i am considering upping my dose to 40mg/day using papervar.
