from what ive read, var seems like an ideal AS. it gives lean muscle, no bloat, fat reduction, plus var has few side effects. I know most people use it to cut and will usually end an 8 week cycle with 5lbs of new muscle.
it seems like if you increase the dosage and stay on longer, you will gain more. im wondering if anyone here has used var to gain 15lbs or more. if so, what dosage did you use and how long were you on?
