Sounds like a sick cycle huh?? ha ha.. anyway.. stats..
5'11'' 185lbs.. 15%BF (around about.. last cycle was a bulker.. got up to around 200lbs)..
Gonna run the cycle like this.. looking for some feedback.. especially from ulter and macro about the YES if you all read this..
6-8 weeks:
30 mg Liquid Var - 20mg/am 10mg/pm
CEE - 1 cap am/2 caps preworkout
Clen - 100-140mcg all taken in the morning (also taking 1.5mg of Keto at night so I can use the clen for longer)
T3 - 50mcg daily.. 25mcg/am 25mcg/pm
YES - 2 squirts.. 1/left pec 1/right pec.. possibly moving up to 3-4 squirts (my genetics seem to hold a lot of fat in the pec area.. it's not gyno.. just excess fat that I'm having a hard time shedding)
Anyway.. diet is around 2500cals a day.. 40/40/20 diet or roundabout.. got the rest of my supplementation pretty much down.. ALA.. EFA's.. CLA.. Potassium for the Clen.. Vit C and E.. NAC.. Multivit/mineral... Chromium..
Got a few questions though.. what should I be taking other than ALA and EFA to help with my liver for the Var.. milk thistle.. Liv-52.. and how much per day?? This is my first time with an oral.. and for macro and ulter.. YES is best applied 20-30 minutes pre workout.. exfoliate skin 2-3x a week.. use an oil free moisturizer with salicylic acid to help absorbtion.. anything else I need to be doing as well??
Just looking for some comments from people who have run similar cycles or just how YOU would run it.. ask me if you want any more info.. I'm no novice to this and and have experience with many substances.. but first time with var... CEE.. and YES..
