Vanadyl Sulphate

I have been using Vanadyl Sulphate recently in the dosage of 1 tsp per day - it is in a maltodextrin base. I have been experiencing stomach cramps and a rather nasty case of diarhea.Is this normal?Has anyone else used Vanadyl and if so what are your experiences?

I never experienced the side-effects you're experiencing. Just as well and I'm sure I never will as I quit using VN due to it's inability to produce anything benefical. It was just a waste of money.

I would be worried about "hotspots" in such a product, since mixing of two or more ingredients does not always produce a completely uniform concentration.

I have experienced the diarrhea and green crap due to vanadyl also, it is usually around the 70+ mg range.
