hey guys. so as the title says, i recently went on vacation for 1.5 weeks. during this time, i took time off from lifting weights. the only thing i did was swim, a lot. i finished 6 weeks in my 5x5, and next week will be continuing lifting. my question is where to start. i dont want to do 5rm's again, then put those on week 4. i was thinking maybe start from my orginal week 4 or 5, or find new maxes, and put that at week 2? any suggestions as to how to continue after this break?
