vacation ruined my 5x5

hey guys. so as the title says, i recently went on vacation for 1.5 weeks. during this time, i took time off from lifting weights. the only thing i did was swim, a lot. i finished 6 weeks in my 5x5, and next week will be continuing lifting. my question is where to start. i dont want to do 5rm's again, then put those on week 4. i was thinking maybe start from my orginal week 4 or 5, or find new maxes, and put that at week 2? any suggestions as to how to continue after this break?
 
If it was me I'd just redo the previous week that I had last completed.

I don't claim to be a 5x5 all knowing sensi master or anything though :)
 
That seems sensible. It should be a relatively easy week. If it feels very heavy, you may need to back down in weight and then ramp from there. But you should be fine going back into the week before you left for vacation.
