New member
im going on vacation and i want to know what i should do to maintain my lifting. like i dont want to do anything heavy or anything i just want to maintain what i got. i was thinking of doing 300 push-ups and sit-ups. what do you recommend? i dont have a weight room near by. im going to be gone for 2 weeks

Have you taken time off recently?

How many weeks in a row would you guess you have lifted?

A week off is def. great. 2 weeks off is fine too. You can actually go a whole summer without really losing muscle as long as you keep your diet up. Doing some pushups is fine. Be creative. But for the most part, just take it easy and enjoy yourself. As long as you're not on anything, its all good.

ive been lifting for like 5 to 6 months straight . this is my first vacation. yea ill just do some push ups and sit ups. thanks

I was in that situation before when I was overseas...I used anything and everything- Pushups, Dips (Hotel chair), Curls, front raises, etc. with the laptop bag-filled it with books and the laptop. I finally found a local store that sold dumbells- worth the 40 bucks...left em as a tip for the bag boy.
