Vacation ideas please???

Does anyone have any ideas as to where a nice place to visit is? It has to be:
1) Inexpensive
2) On a beach
3) Not too far away from Michigan (and I mean nowhere near the West Coast!)

Possibly Pauly and I are taking a vacation this summer and I would just like a few ideas/help. Thanks!

My gf and i are taking a cruise leaving from Flordia in April We are going to San Juan Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Marteen, St. John's and the Bahamas for a 7 day cruise on Celebrity Cruise lines.
I am not sure what your budget is for the summer but this is fairly inexpensive if you think about how many places you get to see.
Cost including Airfare: 3,800 or so.

We'd prolly go somewhere for either 5 days or a full week.......
 
Come on down to South Florida Azia, we have spare rooms here. (hehehe) We are about 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale beach and Key West is about 4 hours away.
 
Go to Tennesee and rent a cabin.. it is cheap!!! and alot of fun.. if you need some 411 on this page me!!
 
Hilton Head, SC might work for ya........only place I know of on the east coast off the top of my head.

A personal favorite of mine in the midwest is Lake of the Ozarks. Once you get through all the seniors and the damn country music halls and concerts there are some really fun times to be had. You can rent a house or stay in a hotel all over the place.

I've heard SC is very pretty..............I haven't traveled really to the east coast anywhere.

Personally, I'd like to take a road trip to the coast. Take our leisure, have sex at rest areas.........be alone, just the 2 of us, just ......going. I :heart: ROAD TRIPS! But, we can't take either of our cars.......have no ideas how much it costs to rent one, and I think you have to be 25 anyways.

for the money girl..NY is right....i would take a trip to south beach...that is far and away the best beach and party area anywhere in the domestic USA.....you really cant loose!;) .....south beach all the way..........

Hey Capt... My GF and I are going to the same places but on Carnival. We are leaving from Miami in May. We are on an upper deck w/ balcony.

Cost including airfare: $2200

You got Screwed :D lol...
 
Hilton Head is very family oriented and has lots of Golf Courses, plus it can be pretty high dollar.

Look at the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
Virginia Beach in Va.
Dewey Beach in Del.


Those three would probably fit the bill.

You two could always go to Myrtle Beach, SC. It's a nice beach, lots of stuff to do, it is not too expensive, and it is not as far away as South Beach.

Since you are from the US, I would suggest Prince Edward Island, Canada.

1) expensive. I think not. Every dollar of yours is worth a buck fifty in PEI.
2) beach - its an Island, of course it has beaches.
3) not too far from Mich. I live in Toronto and I can drive to PEI in 16 hours.

South Beach, been there done that.......plus it'll be way too hot and humid in the summer. don't care bout the heat but FUCK the humidity.

chicago--maybe no beaches, but it's a lot of fun.

NY-- nuff sed.

cali- i'm sure we could find some kind of deal on a plane and room.

the only reason i said SOBE was cause u wanted something cheap and on the east coast, otherwise id of said CANCUN!!! :p :p

Chicago has beaches................but its too expensive cause knowing us, we'd go to the clubs all night, every night. I think we just want to relax and hit some sun eh? Save the clubs for home, we'll have plenty of fun with that here this summer!!

How about more of a description for us to go by? Do you want people or solitude? Party or naked time? Few people or no people? You have the U.P. and everybody knows somebody in Higgins Lake or Houghton Lake. Cheap is not leaving the state. Do you two camp? Do you have motorcycles or a boat, like to fish?

we have nice beaches in the south. Like Padre, and Corpis Christi.

And I'll show you two how to surf, and I'll show you all around.

It will be like you have a personal tour guide, and we have a beach house for the two of you, that overlooks the water in North padre.

What more could you ask for?!?!?

He's got a Harley, but selling it this spring, no boat, like fishing.....

hmm just a suggestion...

The Adirondacks in NY, hit up Saratoga and Lake George region, solitude with the ability to be amongst people if you feel the need, nice during the summer...inexpensive, beaches...its basically the area "upstate" all the fine folks from LI and NYC go when they don't go to the hamptons...lol
 
hehe, yeah, those fuckers up there are a different kind of redneck, aren't they? I meant like a state park at Higgins, they are cool. No people means camping in the U.P. No humidity unless its bad luck and people are normal to buy shit from the store and not yak your ear off. I'd stay on the low side of the UP. Lake Superior is cold as hell all the time. Youngs State Park in Boyne City isn't bad. Near Petoskey and T.C. and Gaylord. East side of northern lower is colder than west for some reason. I think its the wind off Lake Huron.

Nope, not shitting anyone!

Me and my three friends have a beach house that we rent out on occassion in North Padre, they have beautiful beaches, and it's very peaceful, not too many people. Also it's some of the best surf in Texas, so you can pick up that hobby while you two are here. Both of you would love it, I know this for a fact. The house is pretty nice, and the second level balcony overlooks the water where the sun rises.

Not to mention, you would get all the knowledge of a local, cuz you would know me. That way your vacation could be made less expensive than going the tourist route. And I'll show you guys some kick ass places to have sex while the sun is setting, it's really romantic.

Anyways let me know if you are for real, I'll make sure to save the house, and that way you guys don't have to pay for a place to stay.
 
Romantic spots for sex? Sounds good, but you and Peyote would be rustling in the bushes with your cameras..................j/k
