Even in an official "state of emergency" I don't see how this is remotely constitutional. Does he really think terrorists ship each other blueprints of bridges, building, etc through USPS priority mail? Or perhaps they use encrypted software and use the internet. You can tap their phones (which was done but later declared unconstitutional by some rug-muncher supreme court justice), but they use them once and toss em.
The man never ceases to amaze me....
That being said, this bill obviously has nothing to do with mail order "insert noun here", but it's not worth doing time over. Uncle Sam could give a shit if you're gearing up, but if you use the mail, then you're taking a huge chance (at least as of now). I've only been here a short time and I know there are so many good people here, just wouldn't want to see anyone getting into trouble.
