about 10 weeks I actually lost 4lbs the first week(mostly water) low carb, then steadily lost a 1lb to 1 1/2 lbs(about 15 lbs fat total) a week until 10 weeks out then bottomed out. cut cals back to 1000 under maint. upped exercise and still didn't lose any fat for 2 weeks, was losing lean, had to cut to 1700 under maintenance before I started losing fat again, energy bottomed out and I was miserable. I am eating only 500 under now and upping activity to lose the weight. Sleeps disrupted too. Shouldn't have let myself get this bad I am at 19%bf now at 5'10" - 5'11" 215. I can't use most diet pills we are drug tested often here. I eventually lost 50lbs. bf. That time but lost alot of muscle too and dropped down to 160lbs. Its been 19months getting back to this weight, HRT 200mg cyp a week, 1 cycle with double that cyp and halo for 6 weeks. last cycle 5 months ago for 13 weeks test cyp/prop, D-bol, Tren ran Tren the whole 13 weeks and gained 16lbs. and leaned out a little, bf shot up fast off cycle, didn't keep eating clean. I also have type 2 diabetes and use slin daily.
