Usnic Acid

Does anyone have a dosing schedule/experience with Sodium Usnic Acid I have acces to some and heard its l;ike DNP, but dosing schedule is different, I donot have access to DNP at this time. Am looking to drop about 25-30lbs of body fat and go ultra lean. I am the classic Endo so weight loss is a bitch for me, I have done it before but it takes me forever and the normal diet drugs are out of the question with my current job.
 
Hey, just use DNP @ 200mg before you goto bed each night and you'll be lean in no time bro. You'll probably barely sweat.
 
Unfortunately I don't have access to DNP at this time, the usnic acid is what I have. Bump for info

I am already doing Am cardio, then an Am weights, lunch time cardio and evening stretching and light cardio. Done this before to get rid of 50 extra pounds of blubber long ago and did it with no gear, lost an ass load of muscle too. I am looking at the usnic acid because it is suppoesed to have results the same as DNP, which would get me past the sticking point thats coming soon in this cutting, I am natural now and until I plateau. but after 10lbs or so loss I always plateau and then have to go so low cal to lose at all that I start losing muscle, my theory is a short usnic acid cyle(if I can find dosing info any body got old dan duchaine articles?) just like a short DNP cycle and that will blast me past the block, then natural there after with T-Rex or such as supplements.
 
What was the duration of your diet with respect to the timeframe where you hit a plateau?

about 10 weeks I actually lost 4lbs the first week(mostly water) low carb, then steadily lost a 1lb to 1 1/2 lbs(about 15 lbs fat total) a week until 10 weeks out then bottomed out. cut cals back to 1000 under maint. upped exercise and still didn't lose any fat for 2 weeks, was losing lean, had to cut to 1700 under maintenance before I started losing fat again, energy bottomed out and I was miserable. I am eating only 500 under now and upping activity to lose the weight. Sleeps disrupted too. Shouldn't have let myself get this bad I am at 19%bf now at 5'10" - 5'11" 215. I can't use most diet pills we are drug tested often here. I eventually lost 50lbs. bf. That time but lost alot of muscle too and dropped down to 160lbs. Its been 19months getting back to this weight, HRT 200mg cyp a week, 1 cycle with double that cyp and halo for 6 weeks. last cycle 5 months ago for 13 weeks test cyp/prop, D-bol, Tren ran Tren the whole 13 weeks and gained 16lbs. and leaned out a little, bf shot up fast off cycle, didn't keep eating clean. I also have type 2 diabetes and use slin daily.

Without going into too much detail at the moment, it seems like you may have made some errors (calories/macronutrients) in your diet and did not diet long enough. The majority of people I've worked with that were similar to your case required a solid 6 months of dieting to drop below 10%. PM me with the details of your diet if you would like me to take a look.

Usnic acid is not necessary and you can achieve the results you are looking for with some minor adjustments to your training and nutritional program.
