Decrease dose and supplement with collagen peptide powder. Not much you can do to avoid this based on the mechanism of action inherit in winstrol. It will always dry out your joints.

What is your BF%? There's fewer contexts where winstrol is appropriate than some people realize.

winstrol i have learned to avoid. i am not even prone to hair loss and it wrecks mine

Winstrol is a very harsh oral steroid. I would switch to tbol or anavar if I were you.

Usually with Winstrol people will use it toward the end of a cycle. How much you use is up to you based on side effect tolerance.
