Using Water Reduction Pills...how much pamabrom can u take?

Using a brand called Diurex.

Active ingrediant is Pamabrom 50mg.

It says take 5-6 days to reach onset goal...

Now im competing on Sat.

Tomarrow is weight in.

Going into Sauan/Steam room tonight for the last h20 drops.

BUT im wondering what dose i can take Pamabrom up to to be safe?
Just wondering...

it says 1 capsule every 4 hrs.....2 wont kill me, but anymore im not risking untill i know...
