using nolvadex

im bloating up pretty bad from the test/decca, id say approximetly 20 pounds of water weight. Ive decided that im going to start using nolvadex at 20 mg a day and im drinking mabye 10 litres of water a day, but still no difference. When will I begin to see a decline in water weight??

You need to get some Arimidex if you want to kill the bloat...Nolv will help but not eliminate all the water plus it will fight for the same receptors that your AS is fighting for....Arimidex prevents the development of Estrogen....Much better

The problem is you're probably going to have to combat sides from 2 different sources with that stack. Nolvadex can help (pesonally, I would rather use Proviron or Arimidex over Nolvadex for this), but only with the H20 retention from Test. Winny is your most practical solution with Deca. Ideally, with Test/Deca, you should stack with Winny and Arimidex, to keep a handle on sides. Drinking extra H20 can help in the long run, but may exacerbate the sitution initially. If you're only experiencing bloat, maybe consider a diuretic and keep an eye on your BP & sodium intake.
