Using nolvadex while on IGF?

I bet this has been asked a dozen times, but I find all sort of answers...
Can anynone confirm or discard that nolvadex will lessen the effect of IGF-1 LR3?

deca / propecia = massive hair loss, ever heard of that one, seems like one person can say something based on nothing and everyone starts repeating it

because IGF-1 LR3 aromatizes and gives me gyno.. just kidding..

because I'm using nolva on PCT instead of clomid...

anyone know the answer to my question?
