Using mild diuretics to prevent heavy water retention.

I was 185lbs comming off of my CKD
Jumped up to 190lbs when i started eating carbs again (i always added 3-5lbs during my carb up), then another 5 when i started taking creatine. And now im up another 3 after eating more sodium regularly. (ham is alot cheaper than chicken). Im carrying close to 20lbs of water weight, as opposed to my weight on my CKD. would taking something like dandelion root help to balance this out?

yeah, I belive mild diuretics can be used, but proper water and salt manupulation can also do wonders! try that dandelion and see what happens, just remember to start at low dosage then increase.

I don't know about the whole salt and water thing. I do believe it makes you hold water, but the one thing that always rattles me, is that if you drink to much salt water, you die of dehydration.

a tiny bit of liquidex (.25mg) EOD will def help with any kind of water retention, as well as aid you a little with fat loss since it lowers estrogen production in your body. just dont use it continually. cycle it. its alot safer than prescription diuretics and less complicated. for me, dandelion has never done much at all.

Thanks guys.
You think its safe to take liquidex for life. (theoretically). I know nothing about it at all.
Im trying to find some sort of way to keep my water levels down steadily, be it diet or supplements.

No its not safe to take liquidex for life. It destroys your lipid profile. 10mg of tamoxifen is doable though. And the more water u drink the less u retain...................galaxy

Too much salt water... I dont know how much is in one cup of ocean water, but I bet there is a few grams of salt. I think a person would die from salt poisoning instead of dehydration. Dont know if there is such a thing.
