Yes, I believe there is. Creatine is always good to run on cycle, and off as well. I just started back on creatine as I decided to let my body go without any supps for a while.

it can only help with gains but creatin is best used post corse imo as you need all you can get at this point in time

creatine places stress on the kidneys, in normal circumstances its nothing to worry about , but i wouldnt want to add to the stress aas already puts on the kidneys by adding in creatine.
