Using Anavar to preserve muscle!

Thinking of taking some anavar. Dieting currently and thinking about throwing in some Anavar not so much to build muscle but to preserve the muscle i currently have and for the hardening affect. Ive done a lot of research and although a newb on this board ive been aroung for a while. Just curious if anyone has tried this with results. Thanks

ANAVAR is a great AAS for doing exactly what your looking for,,,gaining lean muscle,,strength,,and
hardening up one's physique. 40-60mg daily works well for most men.
 
Catabolism from dieting is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overrated.

Yes my opinion is minimal catabolism will occur if you diet slowly, especially on aas, meaning when you start to cut carbs and calories do so on a weekly basis such as 40-50 grams of carbs a week. Therefore if you started out at 400g carbs a week by the 5th weeks you should be around 50% of the carbs you were consuming when you started diet. It has worked for me.
 
I have a great nutritonist and trainer doing my diet. Jason Theobald, so although he has reduced my carbs a lot he made up for the calories with good fats. so right now im dieting on 2788 calories to be exact

Cool, post up your diet. That's right around the calories I wanna be at when cutting.
