Recently i've been battling a deep shoulder contusion/strain when I dislocated it in a snowboarding accident a few weeks ago. During the time of the accident I was lifting consistantly w/o gear.
This is the 4th time i've popped my shoulder out and it usually takes a good month to completely lose the soreness.
Knowing the injury would set me back I decided to trial 30mg's Var ED to see if it would help retain some strength and speed the healing.
Three weeks later I have no soreness at all, went to the gym today after taking 21 days off and am putting up even more weight then before the injury. Was out snowboarding for about 8 hours yesterday feeling great
My test production most likely slowed but I have no libido issues at all
Outside of HRT, what is folks take on using AAS for recovery or just in general without any heavy lifting.
I would be real interested to see if anyone has ever just used Var, Win or Mast without any training on a strict diet and what type of results were achieved.
