Using a Training Calculator

does anybody use anything similar? i use the https://prommer.net/en/training/calculators/
I'm trying to learn some more free ones i can test out with my apple watch until i get a Garmin Smart Watch or something, i want to strength training and marathon/cycling

If your wanting an app to track Hevy is good you have to enter everything manually
