Let me put it this way put that shit in as fast as you can. Stay a way from the fatty foods. But load up on good carbs. (rice, oatmean, ectt... and also on lean meats: Chicken, fish, and lean red meat. You cant get too much. If you get the shits back off a little. If you get to fat back off a little. Too much is better than not enough.
I don't really have a set diet when bulking. I just make sure I drink 3 50g protein shakes a day, 1 MRP, a lot of brown rice, Oatmeal, Pasta, Egg whites, Whole grain begals, Vegtables, fruit, chicken, Fish, red meats, Tuna and stuff like that
