ur diets on bulking cycles?

how much time do you have.


Let me put it this way put that shit in as fast as you can. Stay a way from the fatty foods. But load up on good carbs. (rice, oatmean, ectt... and also on lean meats: Chicken, fish, and lean red meat. You cant get too much. If you get the shits back off a little. If you get to fat back off a little. Too much is better than not enough.
 
I don't really have a set diet when bulking. I just make sure I drink 3 50g protein shakes a day, 1 MRP, a lot of brown rice, Oatmeal, Pasta, Egg whites, Whole grain begals, Vegtables, fruit, chicken, Fish, red meats, Tuna and stuff like that

when bulking I just eat as much as I can. Anything it doesnt matter since I I dont absorb fat very much........
 
as the bro's say stay away from fattie stuff and try to eat every 2 hours,all meats,eggs,milk, breads, all that good stuff and dont forget ice cream.

Watch the fast food intake, it can be very un-healthy for your heart and cholesterol levels (which get worse while on some types of gear)

You can eat them sometimes but don't go over board as you will put on to much un wanted body fat. 1 a week is fine IMO..A cheat day keeps you sane
