Still not fully recovered from contest day...I decided to still go a little light today and spend a bit more time on auxillary exercises (not flat bench press). Gotta get ready for the log press for a 1RM and the stones at my next contest...

Flat Bench Press
225 x 3 x 8 sets
45 sec rest between sets
mostly close grips

Bottom Position Incline Bench Press
275 x 3 x 3 sets

Overhand Barbell Rows
135 x 8
185 x 10 x 2 sets

Dbell Flyes (for rotators)
11's x 10 x 3 sets...talk about a burn...ouch.

Standing Bar Curls
135 x 6

Lying Dbell Tric Exts
30's x 8 x 4 sets, 15 sec rest betweens sets.

All in all a good one. Really focused on the secondary muscles to my overhead log press.
