upper inner pecs

Does anyone know of a good exercise that will target the upper half inside of my pecs? I do incline put it tends to hit the very top of my pecs, i want to target the area about 1-2 inches down from the top. Can any exercise be this specific?

I misunderstood you. lol... I agree this has nothing to do with steroids.
 
I like reverse grip underhand supinated dumbell flyes....those really hit the upper fibers of the pec, especially fibers 1-10...
 
i succeeded just by doing regular cable flyes.crossing your rists as you get to endpoint of the rep, flex the chest as you do this as long as you can,then repeat. it worked for me, but every ones different
 
I've tried everything to get that armor look to my (upper) chest.
I got my chest growing by doing flat bench (3sets after warm up), then inlcine (3sets), then incline dumbells, then flat dumbells(2 or 3 sets), then standing (upright) flies with the cables set on the bottom. Try that routine with some variation of set and rep #'s and I'm sure you'll start noticing a difference.
