I am doing tricep Pushdowns, Close grip bench, dips, and overhead tricep extensions...
I am getting great results out of the longest part of my tricep (the one that starts above the elbow)...but I am not seeing as musch out of the at the top under the rear delt or the one on the outside under the medial delt.
Any suggestions on a lift for these two muscles?
