My gym is down for scheduled maintanence tonight, so I gotta lift at home. All I got is an Olympic Barbell and no bench. Here is what I usually do:
Overhead Push Press 3x5
Incline Press 3x5
Pull Ups 3x5
Barbell Rows 3x5
and either Dips or Curls 3x5
Can I still have a good workout with just a barbell? What do you think?
