Upper body fat

OK,new to this Forum so dont know if this is appropriate in this section. I am a 50+ racing cyclist so a bit fit compared to a non-athlete. However I have too much upper body fat and am desperate to lose it before next season(March).
Anyone got any tips as to what would work,i.e. what to take what not to take,what exercises to do. Thanks
 
try doing cardio early in the morning, lower your carb intake, only eat carbs like oatmeal, black beans, brown rice, yams etc. veggies are good too. its all diet.if that doesnt work then try thermorexin
