I heat a little to get the powder to mix better with the oil, and then for easier filtering, but do not see the need to bake. Its personal preference I guess, but unnecessary.

Baking is not sterolizing, please understand the difference.
Just because you bake it does not mean its sterolized. Filtering through a .22 filter is steriolizing.

No No guys, to bake the product will help to complete the chemical process of the powder, Ba, Bb and the oil. So I ask if i need to bake or not.

Problem with baking is you are going to loose your BA. That is why you are supposed to put beaker in a bath of water and not let get over 140f.
