Im currently compiling a complete set of instructions for converting injectables (both oil and water based), capping orals and making liquid orals as well. The Instructions will be updated periodically, some with pictures as well. Enjoy!

Basics:

--There are a few myths floating around the boards about conversions. First off, nothing is sterile until we filter the product, and it need not be. You do not need to purchase sterile oil, sterile BA, or sterile BB. You do need to purchase sterile vials for the final product, sterile syringes and sterile syringe filters.

--Oil can be purchased at the grocery store. Look for thin oils such as walnut, peanut (make sure you're not allergic!), grapeseed. Other oils that work well are seasame, cottonseed. I recommend grapeseed for the additional health benefits. Remember nothing is sterile at this point, and thats ok!

--BA and BB are (as of 1/2/05) best purchased at lemelange.com. You can buy yourself a lifetime supply of both for less than $30 USD. While you're there pick up a bomex beaker, at least 120ml.

--Syringe filters are easy to find, buy them wherever the price is right. Look for 0.45micron filters, with a diameter of at least 20mm. Manufactures such as whatman, Millex, and PCI scientific make good filters.

--KEEP SOLUTION WARM while filtering. It'l make your life a lot easier.


Testosterone Enanthate, EQ, Deca
These raw hormones are soluable in oil alone. They need no additional solvents, but for antimicrobial puposes BA (benzyl alcohol) is used.

Items Needed for a 10 gram conversion:
10 grams test enanthate, deca, or EQ
0.80ml benzyl alcohol (2% BA)
31.20ml oil
Syringes 3cc & 5cc or 10cc
20 gauge needles
Mixing vial (or preferably beaker)
Sterile vial
Sterile syringe filter
Weigh out 10 grams of hormone into mixing vial or beaker.
Add benzyl alcohol and 26.20cc of oil. (This will leave 5cc oil for later.)
Place on stovetop (electric stove) or frying pan (gas stove) on medium high heat.
Swirl and heat until soultion is completely homogeneous and clear. NO hormone "swirls" or visible separation should be left.
Place 20g needle in sterile vial and attach syringe filter.
Place another needle through stopper to releave pressure
Draw out hormone solution with 5 or 10cc syringe and run it through the syringe filter until all solution is filtered.
Run the addition 5cc of saved oil from step 2 through syringe filter to purge.
This conversion results in 40ml - 250mg/ml sterile solution for injection.



Testosterone Propionate, Trenbolone Acetate, Boldenone Propionate
These raw hormones are not soluable in oil alone (at STP). They have higher melting points and sport relatively short esters. They need additional solvents. We will use BA as an antimicrobial and BB as our cosolvent.

Items Needed for a 10 gram conversion:
10 grams Testosterone Propionate, Tren Acetate, or Boldenone Propionate
2.0ml benzyl alcohol (2% BA)
20.0ml benzyl benzoate (20% BB)
70.0ml oil
Syringes 3cc & 5cc or 10cc
20 gauge needles
Mixing vial (or preferably beaker)
Sterile vial
Sterile syringe filter
Weigh out 10 grams of hormone into mixing vial or beaker.
Add benzyl alcohol , benzyl benzoate and 65.0cc of oil. (This will leave 5cc oil for later.)
Place on stovetop (electric stove) or frying pan (gas stove) on medium high heat.
Swirl and heat until soultion is completely homogeneous and clear. NO hormone "swirls" , crystals, or visible separation should be left.
Place 20g needle in sterile vial and attach syringe filter.
Place another needle through stopper to releave pressure
Draw out hormone solution with 5 or 10cc syringe and run it through the syringe filter until all solution is filtered.
Run the addition 5cc of saved oil from step 2 through syringe filter to purge.
This conversion results in 100ml - 100mg/ml sterile solution for injection.



Trenbolone Enanthate, Testosterone Cypionate
These raw hormones are not soluable in oil alone (at STP). Though they have relatively long esters, they will need additional solvents. We will use BA as an antimicrobial and BB as our cosolvent.

Items Needed for a 10 gram conversion:
10 grams Testosterone Cypionate or Tren Enanthate
0.80ml benzyl alcohol (2% BA)
8.00ml benzyl benzoate (20% BB)
23.20ml oil
Syringes 3cc & 5cc or 10cc
20 gauge needles
Mixing vial (or preferably beaker)
Sterile vial
Sterile syringe filter
Weigh out 10 grams of hormone into mixing vial or beaker.
Add benzyl alcohol and 18.2cc of oil. (This will leave 5cc oil for later.)
Place on stovetop (electric stove) or frying pan (gas stove) on medium high heat.
Swirl and heat until soultion is completely homogeneous and clear. NO hormone "swirls" , crystals, or visible separation should be left.
Place 20g needle in sterile vial and attach syringe filter.
Place another needle through stopper to releave pressure
Draw out hormone solution with 5 or 10cc syringe and run it through the syringe filter until all solution is filtered.
Run the addition 5cc of saved oil from step 2 through syringe filter to purge.
This conversion results in 40ml - 250mg/ml sterile solution for injection.

Water Based Winny
This hormone has a screaming high melting point. For this conversion solvents will be used to bring the stanozolol into a clear solution for filtering and titration. The final result will be a suspension.

Items needed for a 1 gram conversion:

1 Gram winny powder
4.0cc PEG 300/400
0.45um syringe filter (2 quantity)
0.6ml polysorbate 80
0.4ml benzyl alcohol
14.25ml distilled water
Beaker
20ml vial
20g pins
5ml syringe
10ml syringe
Mix 14.25ml of distilled water with 0.4ml benzyl alcohol.
Pass through syringe filter into 20ml vial.
Put 2ml PEG300/400 into beaker and add 0.6ml of polysorbate 80.
Add 1 gram of stanozolol powder to PEG/ps80 mix.
Heat until stanozolol clears. The heat will be very high, PEG may smoke. This is ok.
Allow stan liquid to cool.
Draw into 5ml syringe, run it through the second new syringe into the 20ml vial containing our steralized water.
NOTE: You can use the same syringe filter as long as the filter is completely dry.
As you filter the PEG/ps80/Stanozolol mix through the filter into the water it will titrate back into micronized form in the water. When this is done shake vigerously.
Run 2 more ml's of PEG300/400 through filter to purge.
This conversion results in 20ml - 50mg/ml sterile water based stanozolol suspension for injection.

Additional Note: After much experimentation I have found that ps80 is NOT needed. However, I have a contact who makes large volumes of this, and has found that about 1 out of 10 conversions will clump for some reason. Adding ps80 alleviates the problem, so to avoid this I have included it in the directions.

Liquid Clen
This hormone is NOT to be touched by anyone who fails to respect how dangerous it is to convert. It is quite easy to unknowingly breathe a LARGE dose of Clen in the air. (Wear proper masks, gloves etc) For this conversion distilled water will be used as the primary solvent. BA will be used as a preservative. The final result will be a solution.

THE METHOD: I make Clen using a "Mother and Child" method. Basically, a Clen concentrate is made as accurately as possible. It is dosed to tailor my needs, and should you need to change the method...you'll want to redo ALL the math involved.

Items needed for a 1 gram Mother conversion:

1 Gram Clenbuterol powder
166ml distilled water
Reagent container (Must be non-reactive to benzyl alcohol)
20cc or similar large syringe
20g pins
3cc syringe
Weigh out 1.00g of Clenbuterol into reagent container
Add 166ml distilled water to reagent container, mix thoroughly
Close container and shake to mix completely and evenly
This conversion results in 166.67ml - 6,000mcg/ml Clenbuterol concentrate.

We can now use 60ml bottles to make our "children". In each bottle, 58cc of distilled water is added. To complete the process we add 1cc of our concentrate with a slin pin, and 1cc of BA. This results in a total volume of 60ml, containing 6000mcg. Otherwise denoted as 60ml - 100mcg/ml.

Remember, the larger the batch the less significant errors become. I've been doing this for a while, and I know the in's and out's. For your safety...I dont recommend this conversion to anyone who doesnt know exactly what they are doing.

Side notes...

-A scale accurate to 0.01g is a must.
-Don't touch, taste, smell or even look at Clen powder funny.
-Wear latex powder free gloves, and a nice mask with an air fliter.

Liquid Cialis/Viagra
Onto some of the more fun conversions. Both Cialis and Viagra are extremely easy to convert. No need to listen to the "gurus" who use EC, PEG, PG or whatever other crazy solvents. We will use vodka, and our result will suspend like a zambon in water.

Items needed for a 1 gram conversion:

1 Gram Cialis or Viagra powder
39.2cc Vodka (whatever brand you choose)
10cc or similar large syringe
20g pins
Glass container, at least 40cc.
Weigh out 1.00g of powder into container
Add 39.2cc vodka, shake to suspend
Enjoy a long weekend with your better half!
This conversion results in 40ml - 25mg/ml Viagra or Cialis suspension.

On the tren eth, and test cyp., do you add the bb at the same time as the ba? I don't see where it was added, unless it's just assumed at the same time as the alcohol. Very informative, thank's.

Still too complex for my impatient mind - lol. How the heck can the layman figure out all the precise measurements needed? Trible beam balance?
Besides, the raw materials are still in no man's land - correct???

And what of these huge hooded filters that were mentioned during operation raw deal?

I didn't add them, just saying they both are brewed how almost every compound along w/ same BA/BB ratio

re BB/BA: you can add them at the same time, one before the other, doesn't matter. The solvent would be the obvious one to do first if you REALLY cared about it lol. Not going to save you any time doing one before the other.

It is interesting that people are interested in a thread like this at this time, in gear land. Not exactly the way things used ta be ya know? Be careful.
 
I liked this thread primarily because it gave me more confidence in my batches.
I think I messed up with my previous prop. All mixes and meaurment were accurate. I'm not new to the game, but I was fairly new to the homebrew method and saw quite a few different techniques. I have gathered that Prop needs to be heated at its melting point of 118-122c which I did. I think where I may have went wrong was not leaving it on long enough after. I noticed those "hormone swirls" mentioned in the thread and just assumed it was the oil that I added just not fully mixed in. The swirls go away after it's taken off the stove. Is there a protocol for HOW long? I simply got the product to heating temp and let cool. I'm thinking I should have kept it at 118-122 for 10-15 min?
I could also have under-dosed powder if what I stated couldnt be the key I was looking for. Bought powder from a newer source, it turned out to have a slightly sweet, almost cany smell to it. I do know from research that prop is supposed to be odorless.
I'll make another batch with this new method and see how it pans out.
Any further input would help.

I am fairly new on the homebrewing scene, although I am quite well into chemistry. I know this is an old thread, but I would like to ask you a few questions on making water suspended Stanozolol; hoping someone will eventually reply.
I tried to convert some Stanozolol powder following the directions mentioned in the post, but I wasn’t very successful. The melting point of Stanozolol being very high using little solvent, it tends to thicken up when allowed to cool in order to be drawn into the syringe before filtering. I managed to draw the Stanozolol while was still in solution (very hot) and pass it through the filter, but after a few drops went into the vial the rest of the solution thickened up in the barrel and the filter clogged.
What am I doing wrong here? Could it be that I am using a .22μm instead of a 45μm? Also, are the proportions of solvents correct (4ml PEG 300; 0.6ml polysorbate 80).
I was also wondering, as the Stanozolol gets into solution with the solvents at very high temperature (well over 100°), therefore completely sterile, would it be possible to avoid the filtering and titrate it directly into the vial? For further peace of mind, why not autoclave the vial after the titration (Stanozolol won’t die at higher temperatures anyway). To be fair, I tried this method with the mix solution left over after the filter clogged, and it seems it has worked a treat. However, I haven’t pin it yet as I would like to gather more view points from you. I am aware I could easily suspend Stanozolol in oil (less painful shots as well), but I like making things more complicated than they actually are…no pain no gain!
 
Do you have to bake Tren E, and how! The same question applies to EQ (liquid)!

I have never baked any gear. The filtering through a Whatman will sterilize your gear. I heat a little to get the powder to mix better with the oil, and then for easier filtering, but do not see the need to bake. Its personal preference I guess, but unnecessary.

Baking is not sterolizing, please understand the difference.
Just because you bake it does not mean its sterolized. Filtering through a .22 filter is steriolizing.
 
No No guys, to bake the product will help to complete the chemical process of the powder, Ba, Bb and the oil. So I ask if i need to bake or not.

Sterilize, do filter through Whatman 0.22-0,45 um

Problem with baking is you are going to loose your BA. That is why you are supposed to put beaker in a bath of water and not let get over 140f.
