updated diet pics....8 weeks out

A little off subject but where is Juice Authority now??????

Need keep up the good work, is the yohimburn in pill form or spray form?

I am still taking in 2600 calories, been the same for around 8 weeks. if i keep dropping weight, then I am pretty sure she will leave them alone, but if I stop, ot it slows down too much, I believe she will be cutting back the carbs, ie, 250 grams of potatoe per serving instead of 300, that kind of stuff. When you have been 100% consistent every day with your diet, little changes like that really do make a difference

6 pounds is a nice drop at this point of your diet. Your right little changes will make a big difference the closer you get the bigger the changes. Looking foward to seeing the updates.
 
N.S. Yer looking great cant wait to see the 4 week out pix. I do not want to take anything away from you...but when I saw the pix of yer trainer in her prime I almost shit myself - She is FUKN AMAZING. It is obvious she knows her shit and will definately help you to come in at the top of your game. Stay focused and good luck.

i know, just wanted to chime in on that. Need you are a good dude you did the right thing with Fonz and him. You fight back the right way, by letting your hard work in the gym do your talking.

Thanks, good memory, it was lats/traps/shoulders I was trying to bring up, and they all did come up okay, I was hoping for more overall mass, but oh well, this trainer will put it on me in the offseason

Just wanted to let you know that I tried your abs routine and man oh man , does it kill you or what ?

LOL , pretty hard to do .

I actually came up with kind of a variation that is what I am doing right now , instead of holding 5 seconds , I am holding 3 seconds and shotting for 6-8 reps instead of 5 .

It is also pretty damn hard , because althouth you are holding less time , you are doing a bit more reps , so it compensates ....

Very good stuff bro .

currently I'm doing 6 sets of 8 reps with a 45lb plate
 
The goal is to (should be) fatigue the muscle and stimulate growth, if you do that then number of reps don’t really matter.

Then again a lot of guys’ goals are focused on how many reps or sets they can do or even worse how much weight they can lift.

The guys, who fatigue the muscle, stimulate growth and get the proper recovery time before they work that same muscle again will grow and not plateau like the guy who's only goal is to bench 400+ or dead-lift 700 etc...

So for the abs that 5 second static hold should be better than 3 seconds, if anybody wants to modify NS’s ab routine they should hold longer not shorter.
