First I wanna thank everyone who gave advice.
I went to court yesterday and got a continuence so I can seek council. I also was given a paper I have to get signed by my employer so I can drive to/from work. That brings up to my first question. Can I tell my work that I just had too many points on my license for speeding etc. They will sign it no problem I would just hate to have them know about the DUI. Also once I get this pass for driving to work do you think I'm still insured? Should I even call to find out?

The judge yesterday actually seemed pretty cool. It was a shitty court and there were a few other people there for DUI they all got continuences but one. It was his second DUI in 6yrs and he pleaded guilty w/ no lawyer. He got 6mos. licence suspension (with work driving privlages and driving privlages to see his son whom is a good 30+ miles away) also got like $480 in fines and had to pay like $300 to take Alcohol classes or could do three days in jail. I thought he got off fairly easy considering he didn't even try to fight it and had a previous DUI. Also I think they said he blew a little over .2
Thanks again guys :)

Legal council was was the best decision you could make... The paper getting signed might be a little trickey if you dontwant them to know.... did they say WHO at your work had to sign it?

It just says employer/supervisor. My cuz works here and is actually over my boss and is the guy who hired me so I think he could sign it. I'm thinking of just telling him I got a speeding ticket and they took my license away due to excessive points. He's a cool guy I could tell him the truth but if I don't have to it would be MUCH better, he thinks alot of me.

that's why you hire a laywer - to tell you what you can/cannot say in your situation. I'd ask the lawyer before speaking to anyone about it at all.

JMHO.

Got another question. I have a lawyer and court date for next month to get partial custody of my Son. Do I need to inform that lawyer of my DUI? I think the babys mom won't find out.

your insurance is good until you are proven guilty

Wasn't sure about that, thats awesome. Do you think they even know yet? I've been sweatin the damn papers from my insurance company going to my house and my parents seeing them. I wanna at least talk to a lawyer before they find out, kinda show them I'm handling this on my own.
