Not sure. He's still being held. One of my friends just called and told me that this came into the picture. Dude's violent as hell and always high. I'd like to think there's no way, but damn. He's looking at serious time as it is. If this sticks he's probably looking at life. That's why I moved out of Philly for chrissakes.

I didn't see how bad it was until the past few months. I pretty much had cut contact with him. He'd call, we'd bullshit, etc. I didn't know exactly how bad he was with his habbits and personality transformation until I saw him out a few months ago. It was embarrassing to watch. That's when I stopped calling him.

Thing is, he can be a very good friend, he's just so self destructive it's hard to be a friend to him. If that makes any sense.

Brutal. He was a boxer for years, fought golden gloves I think, football through HS and college, taught jiu-jitsu. I've seen him drop people that have 80 lbs. on him in one punch. Drop them and they're out cold not moving. He was Mr. Utah for a year or two. He actually was on the cover of a fitness mag with his sister a few years ago, can't remember which.

True, but there comes a time when you need to be selfish and cut someone loose or it could hurt you. He was going to die or end up in jail the way he was going. If anyone was in that car with him, they could be in some shit too. Think he cares? No. He'd have justified it by saying he offered drugs or some shit. You may see something like this some day. Hopefully not as serious as this, but it's far too common. They change. Who he was is gone.
