Upcoming drug test

Hello. I am a new user to the board, but I have been checking the site and reading for a while. I was wondering if someone knew anything about using Niacin as a detox agent? I have a drug test coming up and was told that Niacin pills are very helpful in cleansing the system. Does anyone know how true this statement is? Any help I could get would be very much appreciated.

Niacin will help clean out your blood, as well as, Goldenseal and personally I use Echinacea.

The best thing though, is to abstain from all substances that are being tested for and drink as much water as you can.

One note about the niacin... It will make your skin flush and turn red. Especially if you take too much of it. You will feel like you are going to pop.
