Upcoming Cycle(s)

AAP

Plat Hero
Platinum
Last cycle ended July 2007. Yes, 2007. Unlike some people I like to take long breaks at times.

Current weight 266, weight on start date of cycle - possibly around 258-260. Will be increasing lean muscle and dropping BF some (cause my BF went up lately when I upped the calories.) Would like to weigh 265 with about 3-4% decrease in body fat at end of the cycle to call it a success.

Starting Dec 1st. This gives me time to finish rehabbing my shoulder and make sure I have everything I need on hand before starting. (#1 mistake of all time for newbies and vets alike.) Also, my job slows down in Dec and I don't have to travel so much. So that means no having to take clients out to dinner and entertain them (resulting in higher carbs + alcohol) and I can focus on my usual diet of high protein, moderate fats and low carbs.

*100mg Test Prop
*100mg Test Iscocaproate
*200mg EQ

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday]

Also using :
*3ius GH daily (Serostim, or else 5ius daily bluetops)

*T3/T4 (to help a bit with the BF because from Dec-March the ocean is too cold for me to go down and do my daily swim each morning)

However, between now and then, may substitute 200mg Primo for the EQ. Depends on where I am at the time. Last two month saw me doubling my carbs in order to get some extra calories because I was trying to break 20" on the tape measure.

This cycle will last Dec-Feb (12 weeks) March and April will be clean with the exception of GH (and T4 only use), then in May-June :

800mg Primo Weekly
400mg EQ Weekly
50mg Winstrol daily
30mg BTG anavar daily

This will be my "are you holding your breath is that why your veins are sticking out, EWWWW gross!!" cycle that will get me ready for my summer holiday in Europe.

People in the States will stare at you when you are big and ripped. People in Europe will be absolutely mesmerized, hypnotized, and mentally criminalized when they see you.

listen newb

- you're not ready for AAS
- you need to research more
- you haven't reached your natural potential yet

bant.

lloolol i can't wait to see how vascular you get this time around

i love the idea of a prop/iscocaproate combo

must be a great way to stabilize the esters - what is the halflife of iscocaproate?

sometime i've noticed - when i inject a long ester into my quad i feel like the half-life creeps toward the bottom end of the range

for example cyp is what, 5-8 days? i feel like it's a quick 5 days when chillin in big muscle groups (like quads) and about 8 days when it's inside my delt

Well it isn't a combo.

So it is 100mg of test prop and then drawing up 100mg of the test isocaproate.

Weird. I have noticed that I tolerate longer esters in my smaller muscles better. I can shoot biceps and front delts with long esters and have no pain or bruises. If I do something like tren, winstrol, prop, etc.. they bruise like a bitch.

Pic below is from 1cc of tren.

I learned years ago to keep shorter esters in large muscle groups.

ok i see the prop is a 2 day half life while the isocaproate is 4 days

cool

um, ouch?

it's like you're cycling with the short half of sustanon :)

Which is why I am taking it E3D, to keep levels up and up. (well almost.)

Very interesting. Are you running a PCT in March and April? If so what are you doing?

Also when you say break 20" on the tape, are you talking about your arms? They look massive.

I have never done PCT in my life. That just isn't something I do. Oh well.

In those pics, my arms were a little over 18". (but that pic is from a few years ago). I started at about 19.5" this past summer on a quest to get 20" with the same level of vascularity by the end of August. Didn't work. So I had to up the carbs and put on a few % of BF to get them up. They are over 20" now, but I hope to let the body adjust to size since I did this all natural with no AAS. Now with AAS, I hope to solidfy the new muscle and return to my normal vascularity state.

So in your experience, did it really take gaining 10 lbs to add 1 inch to your arm or is that Flex/Men's Health magazine BS?

Good luck keeping the 20". I look forward to seeing how this turns out.

What is your current height and bf APP?

5'11"

BF? I don't know, but high. At least by my standards. I can see all six abs clear though, just not very cut, very dry and with veins. I still have about 70% vascularity in my arms, shoulders, chest and calves. But ab vascularity and back is down (blurry). Although back is probably due not really training it very hard the last 5 months. I cut back on it to devote more time to prioritizing my arms.

Well I was weighing around 254-255 to start with. My arms are closer to 21" now, but that is due to the slight increase in BF%. Granted though, I didn't train back but 6-8 sets every two weeks, and haven't trained shoulders in 3 months. (injury)

If you are very lean like I was at 254, then you would need about 15lbs of solid muscle to see your arms go up 1". If you are not lean, you might see an increase at around 10lbs weight gain, (which will be some fat, not necessarily lean muscle.)

good luck with the cycle bro..throw up some pictures..before mid and after..love to see how it goes for you:)
