Up 18lbs - Day 27

So far so good. I currently started at 161lbs and today weighing in at 179lbs on my bulking cycle.
Taking Test Enathate 200mg/4 days for 80 days and gonna kick some winny tabs in on day 66 @ 50mg day for 3 weeks. Can't wait!!!
 
f-body : 18lbs is pretty nice not even halfway in. All i am hoping for is 20lbs but it seems i am going past that pretty soon! I can tell alot is still water but size and strength is increasing.

satch: its Quest test enanthate 200mg/10ml

mark: hmm strength.. my regular bench has increased about 35lbs and everything else its hard to say. Easily 5-10lbs but mostly i have been increasing the rest up to 10-12 reps and still have more energy to go.
Only problem is the pumps.
Like today i did small chest work out (since i am @ work). 3 sets, 10 reps for 3 excercises - free weight flat bench and decline then butterflys.
After that my arms were to pumped i couldn't even thinking about working out my biceps but its all good :) .

Thanks mate. I will try and update again around days 45-50. Maybe even show progress pics if i get the balls to do it.
 
Nice. Always good to see progress journals. Bulking cycle as well?
Once i am done this it should be mid december. Then a couple month break and another cycle (cutting) starting April to kick start the summer :qt:
 
That's some rediculous gains, at least to me.

Congrats bro, sounds like you are doing a lot of things right. Where did you get your scale, I would like the same one......
 
Fuck ya you can gain fat from test. It all depends on what you eat. I gained tons of fat on my first sustanon cycle.

good work. those are big gains.
 
Lean gains or not that's awesome, by gaining that much you're setting your body up to handle more mass in the future as long as your genetic limit will handle it.

I'm hoping to get even a fraction of that type of quick results on my next cycle.

The only problem is if it's all fat (most likely not if u actually bust ur ass)ur setting up ur midsection to hold that weight.
 
No i haven't had my body fat tested in years. I been bugging my gym to get theirs for awhile now cause they loan it between the other gym in the city. I was thinking that i might have to just go to the other gym and get it done.
Either way though i have no bf% to compare it to. I am guessing i started around 16-17% by my physique but really hard to tell.
So far the other day i put on a shirt i could wear before but now its to small. Feels tight around the chest and the sleeves pull up under my arm pits. Pretty uncomfortable. As for pants i haven't noticed much of a change around my waist. They still all fit and are comfy.

I can tell the gains are not all fat but i am sure maybe up to 2 lbs could be. My diet is cleaner than it was when i was off cycle but i am eating 2 times as much. For some reason around 3 hrs i get super hungry and if i don't eat my stomach hurts. This never happens to me off cycle.
I do know that protein only lasts in the body for 3 hrs as well so i always try and eat then either way.

My goal is to bulk so i don't mind if i do get bit of a mid section. I prefer to over feed my body right now then worry about what i gotta cut off in april.
 
good work... although I'd definately get the bodyfat test done (preferably before and after) to see what the lean muscle gains are... try to keep that bodyfat in check because trying to lose all the fat after sucks!

Good point. I think i am gonna get that done monday. Not more waiting around.

Also to note i have a buddy on the same stuff but he got a bit of a boost of test cyp from an old cycle of his for a couple weeks off the start. We both started the cycle the same time and hes up 13lbs.
 
Well it definitely sounds like you're on, but it just seems strange that test e has done so much so fast. I don't even feel it for at least 3 weeks.
 
Well weighed myself just now and i am 180lbs so thats the highest i have seen it yet. Could be the time of day but ah well. One more threshold reached for me :)

I took some pics last night. I will post one up later on.
Then i guess you guys can judge my weight a bit more and perhaps point me in area's that need work cause i am sure theres alot.

This depends on a few factors. If you are using an AI and keeping your estrogen levels lower you are less likely to put on bodyfat than if you are just using nolvadex. Obviously diet is kind of important in this regard also ;) .

I don't understand how you have all that karma and not know the answer to that question?? A steroid that aromatizes can cause female pattern fat deposits due to excessive estrogen levels.

That question is very elementary when it comes to taking steroids. Anti-estrogens are not only for stopping gyno ya know.
 
Thanks for the input. Remember thats only 15 days apart. Its been 29 days since i started the cycle today.

I don't have any pre-cycle pics to compare to except one with a tank top and my daughter in it so its not really good to compare with..
 
Great job, unfortunately though....it will never be enough (for yourself I mean). When I started I wanted to be around 180 to 185, now I'm just about to hit 200 and I look at myself and think damn I'm tiny. Keep up the hard work!!
