No i haven't had my body fat tested in years. I been bugging my gym to get theirs for awhile now cause they loan it between the other gym in the city. I was thinking that i might have to just go to the other gym and get it done.
Either way though i have no bf% to compare it to. I am guessing i started around 16-17% by my physique but really hard to tell.
So far the other day i put on a shirt i could wear before but now its to small. Feels tight around the chest and the sleeves pull up under my arm pits. Pretty uncomfortable. As for pants i haven't noticed much of a change around my waist. They still all fit and are comfy.
I can tell the gains are not all fat but i am sure maybe up to 2 lbs could be. My diet is cleaner than it was when i was off cycle but i am eating 2 times as much. For some reason around 3 hrs i get super hungry and if i don't eat my stomach hurts. This never happens to me off cycle.
I do know that protein only lasts in the body for 3 hrs as well so i always try and eat then either way.
My goal is to bulk so i don't mind if i do get bit of a mid section. I prefer to over feed my body right now then worry about what i gotta cut off in april.
