unwanted fat while bulking, what should i do?

Im running sust 500 mg a week. I am on week 3 right now and I have noticed I gained some fat, mabye went overboard with the calories. I am lifting 4 days a week, not doing any cardio. I was thinking should i reduce the cals? (im taking 5000 a day now) or should I start doing cardio 4x a week for 30 minutes?? I havent done cardio in years so I'm sure my body will respond well to it...
 
well you are bulking and some extra fat comes with the teritory. i would keep the cals the same and keep them real clean. cardio while i bulk is very minimal, usually just walks on the beach with my girl. good luck

If you don't do any cardio you would have to be far beyond huge or have an extremely high metabolism to really need 5000 cal a day. You probably don't need to do cardio since that hurts muscle growth, just cut out 500-1000 cal.
 
I think that most experienced bb'rs would agree that during bulking putting on fat should not be considered a negative. I understand that it is a requirement to consume more calories than your body uses, in order to provide maximum muscle gains. When you training, juicing, sleeping and eating properly, gaining fat while attempting to bulk means that you are doing a good job. My suggestion is not to worry about it too much. If you are gaining a tonne of fat, maybe cut down the cals a bit. Gaining fat while bulking is good. Thats what the pro's do... bulk then cut repeat as necessary. If you try to make it so you are not gaining any fat, then you are likely not going to gain as much mass as you have the potential to/
 
the first thing i would do is look into the quality of you diet, if you eat too much high glycemic or high fat foods cardio wont do much.

in general i like 40/40/20 diet with 20cals per lb of body weight

fats coming mostly from omega-3's

carbs from potatoes, yams, oats, whole grains
 
im taking liquidex .5 ml ED

40/30/30 diet, most of my fat is coming from the fat in the meat i eat or peanut butter

i been eating whole wheat bread and oatmeal for carbs, except post workout i use dextrose powder
 
1) var to burn visceral fat and help build lean mass, and provide anti-catabolic properties while doing cardio/diet

2) glucorell (ALA) to squash insulin response to carbs

3) ECA to burn fat

4) yohimburn for the love handles, facial fat, and other estrogenic pockets.

5) cardio cardio cardio

Works like a charm, and I'm no kid.
 
low impact cardio-keep your HR in the 65% range and you are burning pure fat-bulking or cutting cardio should be a staple-it sucks and it is boring but for most it is necessary

keep the protein calories clean-keep the protein very high-that does not necessarily translate into 5000 cals a day. To eat 5000 cals a day of shit calories is a waste of time and you will definitely get fat-eat 3 times your BW in protein calories keep your carbs and fat at a moderate level during the bulking phase

you will gain lean body mass-not muscle and fat mass

for the bloat of the sust-its water pal-arimidex

unless your are under 10%BF do not bother with var at this point

and switch from dex to femara.. so much stronger

do you really think that someone above 10%BF will notice any visceral fat burning from anavar???????
