Im running sust 500 mg a week. I am on week 3 right now and I have noticed I gained some fat, mabye went overboard with the calories. I am lifting 4 days a week, not doing any cardio. I was thinking should i reduce the cals? (im taking 5000 a day now) or should I start doing cardio 4x a week for 30 minutes?? I havent done cardio in years so I'm sure my body will respond well to it...
