Do one arm Exercise via the 20, 12, 8F, DropF Schema,
THEN do the opposing Muscle Next.
~Preacher Curls, are always 1 Arm Db Preacher Curls one arm at a time nice slow, strict PUMPED as hell by the end.
~IF you do deltoids on a separate day from back, DONT do Shrugs ion Back day
~You can do laterals on both days however.
