How often do you do each side of your body separately? Like one arm rows? One hand tricep push down? One leg curls & extensions & presses?

Typcially I do both sides at once merely b/c it takes half the time!!! Additionally I don't have any imbalance I need to remedy <knocks on wood>.

Anyone have any good info on the benefits?
 
:) I do that sometimes too with db curls. I haven't yet done it with leg extentions & curls, but I should. I also should do that with the hammerstrength row. Haven't used that piece of equip lately since we rigged up the t-bar row!
