Nothing bad, but this weekend as I was getting ready to hit the town with my lady, I was in a bit of a hurry, and as I bent over to tie my shoe, my left Lat tore through my shirt. Damn!! I looked good in that one! My fiance just rolled her eyes and asked if I was happy that I'm turning into the incredible hulk. Sadly, I said yes. I'll post the finale to my Life on a Gram post tommorrow. Think I'm stuck between 226-228.

Damn cool, I love that feeling when you tear cloths, did that too...I went to a wedding and during the reception I reached over grabed a cup from the center of the table and ripped out the back of the coat Made me so happy!!
