were doing shrugs in the squat rack next to me today. holy shit they were monsters. i'm 5'11" 218 and looked like an eighty year old shriveled up penis next to these guys. it didn't help my self-esteem that while they were shrugging 400+ i was squatting 225 on my taped up weak-ass rehab knee.

lol. mark henry could shrug my car. haven't heard about him in a while though. unfortunately every yahoo in the gym was on his cell calling his buddies up there so they didn't stay long.
