Most underated band is bad religion, some of the best songwriting evera and a great sound.

I liked Mastodon live, but I'm not sure how much of their recorded material I could sit through. I've never actually heard any of it. And my opinion of them live may have been colored by the fact that they were really nice guys.

these guys arent so much underrated as not rated at all... but Say Anything are a fantastic punk band with an absolute ton of potential
i'd wager ZK is the only other guy on these boards that knows them, but if you like alternative/punk at all, i promise you'll like these guys

moe is definitely one of the most underrated jam bands out there..... better than Phish IMO
