Man do these dudes put out some killer sounding tracks.Don't hear their name mentioned very often,and they are really some talented mo-fo's.Gavin Rossdale has a cool,raspy sounding voice.Just picked up their greatest hits CD and it is fricken LOADED with awesome songs.

Bush is one of those bands where all the singles they've released are pretty good, but the rest of the album(s) are just flat out mediocre.

I'm basing this on Sixteen Stone and Razorblade Suitcase.

Alright Huck. Since you called me a bastid we are going to really have a discussion on underrated bands.

Trouble!! These guys are the king of doom metal and the most underrated band of all time. Great musicians who actually made/make music with feeling and said something with their songs.

Corrosion of Conformity!! I will be seeing these guys this coming Sunday. Another great band that never received the hype they deserved. Great riffs and hooks.

Clutch!! One of the all time greatest jam bands. Mr. dbs will appeciatte this one.

I have'nt heard the new Clutch yet. I've been hearing alot of mixed reviews sio far.

Jam band? Clutch? Where do you get that?

The term "jam band" refers to hippie bands influenced by The Greatful Dead. Like Phish, String Cheese Incident, OAR, Widespread Panic, that sort of noise. It's the soundtrack to the lives of the tie-dye and patchoulli crowd.

Clutch is a rock band. One of the best.

I'm with you on COC too. Like Clutch, they've played a few times at the venue where I work. I think the two bands even shared a bill here once. Both bands are really nice guys too.

I liked Mastodon live, but I'm not sure how much of their recorded material I could sit through. I've never actually heard any of it. And my opinion of them live may have been colored by the fact that they were really nice guys.

these guys arent so much underrated as not rated at all... but Say Anything are a fantastic punk band with an absolute ton of potential
i'd wager ZK is the only other guy on these boards that knows them, but if you like alternative/punk at all, i promise you'll like these guys
