Underlying gyno (7+ years)

Hi just to give a bit of background about myself

im 23 years old and ive had gyno since aged about 14/15 ( i presume). I never had any puffiness to my nips etc just small little fat boobs (like fat kids get but i was a skinnish well built guy). Now ive been training up the gym for about 6 months trying to shift them to no avail i do free weights and cardio and have seen an improvement to my body as a whole but just not to my chest. Im currentley at 9% body fat and my body is lean but ive still got fuking man boobs and it winds me up

ive been taking Tamoxifien at a dosage of 80mg a day which is pretty high im guessing and hasnt had any noticeable effect. So now im looking at the two other big drugs before i knock it on the head or resort to surgery

Letrozole
or
Ralaxofine

What do you lot reccomend to take, and can any links (only if allowed sponsers etc) will be highly appreciated i dont mind paying the cash, but i want them to be real pills not counterfeit

Any help is highly appreciated i do realise that surgery may be the only option but i think its worth trying all of the drugs availible ... just incase

honestly if this is from puberty some insurances will cover this (never mention AAS if trying to get coverage)
I would opt for the surgery and rid yourself of the problem.

well luckily im in the uk so i dont have insurance, but the nhs wont do this for free cause my case isnt severe enough, and they will blame it on my age and tell me to wait a few years

i think i might get a course of letzerole. I dont think id wana get surgery just incase of any complications, at the moment anyway
