interesting question.. i am wondering what level of processing is happening if any...

if this stuff is just brown rice that has been packaged 'sous vide' then i would imagine its ok, though i have seen no paper on it and not even seen the package... any body?

There is quite alot of additives in the microwave in the bag rice compared with normal rice... so best off with the conventional stuff.

It's pre-cooked HARD...

So if there is any nutrition left, I'd be suprised.

I don't know why rice gets such a bad rap around here, beans and rice is a complete protein, which feeds most of the world.
